Dan Mikkin was one of the service design pioneers in Estonia back in 2009. Today he’s focused on consulting and leading service and product development in big organisations. Subsequently, he’s mentoring in-house development teams.

• e-Residency, a digital identity that enables entrepreneurs from around the world to start business using Estonian state’s e-services. Validating focus markets and determining user needs on these markets to developed targeted services
• Kupland the remote working network in the South-East of Estonia. Client profiling, developing the service standard and onboarding service providers
• bikeep, smart locking for bicycles. Service blueprints for their overseas B2B customers, public and private.
